As Night Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assuming and demonstrating the role of senior manager on duty during the rostered night hours.
2. Ensuring excellent communication between the Day and Night teams.
3. Safeguarding and administering the main DM safe and all monies during the night shift.
4. Training and managing the performance of Night staff.
5. Demonstrating confidence and competence in all emergency procedures.
6. Managing guest expectations, concerns, and queries effectively.
7. Overseeing the smooth execution of all night audit procedures.
8. Ensuring the safe service of alcohol.
Essential Skills Required:
1. Ability to work night shifts.
2. Experience managing a front desk team and staff training.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service face-to-face and via telephone.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
