Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will lead a small but efficient finance team overseeing the company's expanding property portfolio. Your responsibilities include implementing best practice processes and controls across all aspects of general ledger posting and reconciliations, establishing schedules and checklists to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will handle month-end reporting to the family and oversee the month-end closing process.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience finance professional with experience in the Property or Construction sector. Strong attention to detail, the ability to challenge existing processes, and suggest improvements are essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively at all levels within the finance team and across the business are also required.
