A well-regarded specialist property law firm based in the West End is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The firm acts for high-value property developers, investment funds, corporate and retail occupiers, and private investors across the UK, Europe, and the US. This mid-level role provides the opportunity to work in a busy, collaborative, and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
* Landlord & tenant work
* Commercial property acquisitions and sales
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Development and land matters
* Wayleaves, leases, and agreements for lease
You will take responsibility for your own matters while supporting partners and associates on complex transactions. The firm encourages fee earners to be commercially proactive and collaborative. Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law
* Broad experience across commercial property transactions, landlord & tenant, and development matters
* Strong commercial awareness
