We are an independent charity providing highly individualised support to people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. About the Role As a Service Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring several support teams. Your vision and leadership will nurture and develop Support Practitioners, enabling people we support to achieve their outcomes and live fulfilling lives. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will: • Lead with a person-centred and flexible approach. • Support positive risk-taking while upholding best practice. • Build strong, trusted relationships with the people we support, their families, teams, and professional partners. • Promote and sustain high-quality practice in line with the Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice. • Participate in the organisation’s on-call rota, providing advice and guidance during out-of-hours emergencies. About You: We are looking for an inspirational leader who shares our values and ethos. Requirements • Membership of the PVG Scheme. • Registration with the SSSC within three months of employment. • SVQ 4 (or working towards), or a minimum of SVQ 3 with a commitment to complete SVQ 4 in Social Care/Management.
