Marketing & Sales Administrative Support (FTC)
Position: Full-time, Hybrid
Salary: Competitive

Role
Bristan Group are committed to delivering excellence and are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Administrator, to assist our marketing and sales colleagues with various administrative requirements. If you have a hands-on attitude, a can-do nature, and are eager to contribute, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Perform basic administrative tasks including actioning sales team support requests, managing brochure stocks and literature mailings, organising giveaways and merchandise, and supporting the distribution of competition winner prizes.
Raise and close department Purchase Orders (POs) and control our budget trackers.
Assist in booking and overseeing hospitality and events.
Conduct basic data collation and verification as needed.
Manage marketing data opt-outs by removing entries from Salesforce.
Support reporting by assisting with data entry for sales team metrics.
Take ownership of the Marketing area in our Warehouse.
Oversee the marketing and sales inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
Contribute to the execution of exhibitions and events.
Support supplier and customer meetings as required.
Assist with campaign activities and uploading to our marketing hub.
Create and maintain marketing processes/documentation in line with auditing requirements, including supporting on competitor activity reports.
Support in photography and content audits.
Liaise with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders for various projects.
Respond to ad hoc requests from the marketing and sales teams.

Essential Requirements:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a can-do approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
A-levels or experience in a marketing/administrative role.
Previous experience working in an office environment handling administrative tasks.
Marketing qualification or equivalent.
