About the Role You’ll be supporting depots with a mix of credit control, customer service, and administrative tasks. The role involves chasing overdue debt, resolving customer queries, and helping ensure smooth operations across depots. Please note: You must be flexible and available for 7:30am starts when necessary to align with depot opening times. Key Responsibilities * Collect current and overdue debt according to set timetables * Provide strong support to individually owned depots * Maintain direct telephone contact with depots and customers to resolve issues promptly * Prepare accounts for potential litigation in line with company policy * Communicate effectively with team members, team leaders, and management to drive smarter working practices What We’re Looking For Candidates may come from a credit control, administration, or customer service background.
