💼 The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll convert high-quality, pre-warmed leads into new sign-ups through confident, value‑driven phone conversations. You’ll become a product expert, a trusted guide for customers exploring Bunch, and a key contributor to our ambitious growth goals.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
* Follow up on marketing-generated inbound and outbound leads and convert them into new customer sign-ups.
* Deliver consistent high outbound call volumes and hold high‑quality, engaging conversations.
* Become a subject matter expert on Bunch’s services and clearly communicate our value.
* Handle objections confidently and guide customers toward the right solution.
* Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
* Take part in coaching, call reviews, and continued training to elevate your performance.
* Share insight with Floor Leaders on lead quality, scripting, and campaign messaging.
* Play an active part in a high-energy sales floor committed to growth and performance.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
You're a fit if you are:
* Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by high performance
* A confident communicator and active listener
* Strong at objection handling and comfortable in high-volume conversations
* Resilient, positive, and able to work at pace
* Able to build quick rapport and create trust over the phone
* Experienced in telesales / contact centre / phone‑based sales
* Confident using CRMs (ideally HubSpot) and basic sheets for tracking (Google Sheets/Excel)
Nice to have (not essential):
Experience in utilities, telecoms, subscription services, or lead conversion campaigns.
