About the Role:
Sales & Client Support
- Welcome clients in-store and assist with appointments
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Support the sales process from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare
- Develop detailed product knowledge across leading watch brands
- Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
E-Commerce & Digital
- Upload and maintain product listings on the company website
- Edit and manage product images for online use
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing
- Support fulfilment, packaging, and shipping of online orders
- Contribute to social media and marketing content
