Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated band 6 HIV Specialist Nurse to join the HIV Service.
The HIV department is a busy and challenging environment to work in. The post holder must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to multi-task whilst also being aware of patient confidentiality.
Role and Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for providing a high standard of healthcare to patients accessing the HIV service. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team offering holistic, non-judgemental care demonstrating professional and ethical responsibilities and to build and maintain collaborative/integrated working with other professional organisations and Third sector groups to ensure the health needs of the patient are met.
