We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Glasgow. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the individual is responsible for all aspects of running a busy, complex operation and managing the day-to-day relationships with the customer and other stakeholders to meet all key performance indicators and exceed customer expectations.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.

Day to Day
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members; act as escalation point for Team Leaders
* Manage transport and O license accountability for the site
* Oversee Facilities Management for the site
* Deliver against targets within the budget
* Work effectively with various stakeholders with different priorities
* Keep senior managers informed of issues and escalate serious matters appropriately
* Develop and maintain a positive, engaged workforce
* Ensure the team’s development to meet operational needs
* Ensure site adherence to all policies and procedures
