About You Ideally Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management, you will be an experienced Project or Programme Management professional ideally within the regulated water or engineering industry. You will have experience in the preparation of project bids, planning, working to stringent timescales, and adhering to budgets. You will have strong client-facing experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
