Your Role Will Include: Providing one-to-one and small group support, focusing on behavioural guidance and emotional well-being. Encouraging an inclusive atmosphere where all pupils feel safe, understood, and motivated to learn. Supporting children with a variety of needs such as SEMH, ADHD, and anxiety – no two days are the same. Helping implement individual strategies that promote positive choices and emotional development. Building rapport with pupils, staff, and families to create a strong and united support system. Supporting students to improve their communication, social skills, and emotional resilience.
