Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake site surveys for the production of Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with;o ACoP L8o HSG 274o HTM:04 01o Water Regulationso BS 8580
2. Generate associated detailed end reports including recommendations for remedial action, site specific control schemes, management plans and schematic drawings
3. Provide technical advice and consultancy to clients
4. Be prepared to assist on our Water Hygiene related tasks i.e. monitoring and maintenance
5. Undertake inspections using the appropriate electronic devices or relevant paperwork
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Demonstrate previous 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Essential)
7. City & Guilds or similar third party accredited Legionella control training (Essential)
8. Demonstrate ability to work alone in a multi-site capacity, working to strict quality control systems and operational procedures (Essential)
9. Demonstrate proficiency in basic IT applications- MS Word, Excel (Essential)
10. Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (ACoP L8,HTM: 0401, Water Regulations, BS 8580) (Essential)
11. Full UK Driving License (Essential)
