In the role of Lecturer in Business you'll predominantly be based at Springfield Centre, Dewsbury and your focus will be on planning, designing and delivering courses to both 16-19 year old students and adults. We are looking for someone creative and inspiring who can demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in the role and who can ensure all students meet their potential. Your key responsibilities will be designing and delivering engaging lessons, monitoring and supporting students and ensuring that quality improvement strategies are implemented and complied with. You will enjoy working as part of a team, be able to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment and have a flair for bringing business and law concepts to life! Ideally, you'll have a level 4 Business and /or Law qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability), a teaching qualification and recent demonstrable experience in the classroom. Experience in Law, Marketing or Finance would be one of your skills.
