Working with a small team you will work to: Accurately process payroll for employees in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, ensuring all payments are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including salary data, tax information, and leave balances. Serve as the primary point of contact for client payroll enquiries, providing clear and timely responses regarding pay, deductions, and leave entitlements. Prepare and distribute statutory payroll documentation, including payslips, P45s, P60s, and other required reports. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and statutory regulations.
