The Package
* Financials: £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (Realistic £50,000 OTE)
* Time: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (No Saturday or Sunday work)

The Work
As our lead Vehicle Technician / Master Mechanic, you will handle:
* Complex diagnostics and advanced electrical fault-finding.
* High-level mechanical repairs and routine precision servicing.
* MOT preparation and remedial work.
* Collaboration with a tight-knit, skilled team to keep the workshop efficient.
* Accurate documentation of all technical work.
Experience Required
* Certification: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance.
* Licensing: Valid UK Driving Licence.
* Background: Experience across multiple brands or within a specialist independent.
* Attitude: A commitment to "right first time" workmanship and a desire to stay ahead of automotive trends.
