- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary (negotiable based on experience) + performance bonuses yielding an achievable OTE up to £62,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

What you will be doing:
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing the daily workflow of the workshop and service desk to maximise efficiency and maintain premium service standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, motivating, and managing a dedicated team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff from the front line.
- Brand Compliance: Ensuring absolute adherence to manufacturer guidelines while resolving customer inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.
- Performance & Finance: Monitoring workshop loading, health & safety compliance, critical department KPIs, and overseeing month‑end administrative procedures to meet profitability targets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Workshop Manager within a main dealership is required (premium/luxury brand experience and familiarity with Pinnacle DMS are strongly preferred). You must have a proactive, hands‑on leadership style and hold a valid, full UK driving licence.
