Finance Manager (Part Time - Stratford upon Avon)
1. Up to £45,000 pro rata (£27,000 actual))
2. 12 month maternity cover
3. 3 days per week - Tues - Thurs
*Experience payrolling high volume care staff with varied hourly rates/allowances*
My client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, you will provide finance support to our Directors and the wider S enior Leadership team, who are responsible for delivering outstanding quality care and support services across our eight office locations .
This is an exciting position managing a team of two. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and a hands on candidate to manage the timely, accurate financial management for a fast growing, privately owned organisation.
Key Areas of the Role:
4. Preparation of monthly payroll for 330 employees. 300 of these employees are hourly paid. (carers/bank carers)
5. Preparation of Management Accounts
6. Petty Cash, accruals, payments
7. Overseeing of all finance related issues.
8. Project management support to the Directors
9. Overseeing Management of monthly payrolls, Hourly paid and salary
10. Overseeing Management of debtors and creditors
11. Bank and credit card reconciliation
12. Petty Cash, Expenses, accruals, payments
13. Financial support to the wider team
14. Management of a team of two
What we are looking for?
You will be qualified or part qualified, a strong communicator and team player, with extensive knowledge of running a finance function for an ambitious SME - using Sage.
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite software are a pre-requisite.
Fully enhanced DBS
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
