Careers and Enterprise Team Leader Ref: 2425/149 Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £36,213 to £39,035 per annum. Plus generous benefits including: • 43 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension Scheme About the role We are seeking a dynamic Careers and Enterprise Team Leader to play a key role in delivering high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) across the College. In this vital position, you will act as deputy to the Student Experience Manager, leading the operational delivery of careers services and supporting our commitment to the Gatsby Benchmarks and external standards such as the Matrix and Quality in Careers Standards (QiCS). You will manage a talented team, build strategic partnerships, and lead innovative enterprise and personal development initiatives that enrich the student journey and prepare learners for successful futures. You will lead on delivering our Brilliant Futures Pledge for student and apprentices, designed to equip them with lifelong skills for employment and higher education. About the Person We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and significant experience in delivering and leading CEIAG services. You’ll have a proven track record of managing teams, driving quality and compliance, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance careers and enterprise provision. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills are essential, alongside a strong understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks, quality assurance frameworks, and national careers guidance standards. You’ll be committed to student success, safeguarding, and continuous professional development, with the ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and lead with purpose in a dynamic educational environment.
