The role: Handling customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat Dealing with day to day queries Providing tailored solutions to customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure the best service Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection Promoting products and services to support business growth Collaborating with team members to deliver timely resolutions Adapting to different activities in a multi-skilled environment Candidates are required to have: A real passion for customer service and problem-solving Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Working 40 hours a week between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday on a 3 month contract If you feel you have the right skills please apply via CV
