The Role
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
* Help lead and develop the kitchen team
* Contribute to seasonal menu creation
* Ensure high standards of hygiene and compliance
About You
* Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous background in a quality-led kitchen
* AA Rosette experience desirable
* Passion for fresh, modern British cuisine
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required
