We are seeking an experienced or Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client’s successful team in Kidderminster.
The Role
* Meeting and greeting customers, presenting show homes, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
* Guiding purchasers through the full sales process from initial enquiry to legal completion.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Managing and progressing reservations, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams.
* Proactively generating leads through effective follow-up and marketing initiatives.
The Candidate
* Proven experience in new homes sales.
* Strong sales track record with the ability to close deals and drive results.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Professional, proactive, and target-driven approach.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the needs of the business.
