Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints.
* Processing new hire requests, managing existing orders, and coordinating collections.
* Ensuring the right equipment is available, checking stock levels, and liaising with the workshop for maintenance.
* Maintaining accurate records of hires, processing invoice queries, and assisting with stock control.
Essential Skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
* Knowledge of hire industry practices and relevant software.
* Problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
