The Admin Assistant role is a varied one and includes the following as essential criteria
4. Reception duties
5. Undertake data input and production of data for management.
6. Health & Safety tasks related to our building/office.
7. Administrative support to the team.
8. Using a wide variety of IT applications.
9. Proven office administration skills, including minute taking.
10. Experience of service user records administration.
11. Willingness to travel between office bases for meetings, training etc.
We are therefore looking for someone with:
12. Ability to give good attention to detail.
13. Ability to work to deadlines.
14. Good numeracy skills.
15. Excellent interpersonal skills.
16. Strong organisational skills.
17. Extensive experience with IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
18. Excellent team working skills.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
