This is an excellent opportunity to join our established team, letting homes in the Ascot and surrounding areas within the Prime and Core market. We take pride in offering the best service to landlords and tenants, and we're seeking a team member who shares our commitment to excellence. We're looking for someone ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing them with regular updates on the status of their properties. Engage with potential tenants, understanding their requirements, and matching them with suitable properties. Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information to potential tenants and addressing any queries they might have. Negotiate rental prices and terms between landlords and tenants. Present offers to landlords and assist in finalising agreements between both parties. Prepare and manage the necessary paperwork, including tenancy agreements and lease contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Respond promptly to inquiries from both landlords and tenants, providing professional advice and guidance. Provide support to both parties throughout the tenancy, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating renewals or terminations. Keep up to date with the latest market trends and property values, providing advice to landlords on rent pricing and property improvements. Requirements: Experience as a Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator Excellent customer service skills. Highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords. Proven track record in closing deals.
