Description
* Accurately maintaining purchase ledgers
* Processing and validating supplier invoices
* Preparing payment runs and resolving any related issues
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Assisting with month-end closing
* Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Managing petty cash transactions
* Contributing to continuous improvement within the Accounting & Finance department
Profile
* Be immediately available to start next week.
* Be able to get to Wakefield 5 days a week.
* Proficiency in English and in MS Office
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Understanding of relevant legal regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
