Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Negotiable, dependent upon experience
About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-known multidisciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the UK. Due to increased workload on government frameworks projects in Gloucestershire, we seek a candidate capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Candidate Requirements
1. Experience with a Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy or a specialist Chartered PQS.
2. Ability to manage own workload within a Cost Consultancy environment.
3. MRICS Chartered status is highly desirable; candidates working towards APC will also be considered.
4. Minimum 5 years post-qualification UK experience in a Cost Consultancy.
5. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel within the region.
6. Degree in a Construction-related subject, preferably RICS-accredited in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
7. Open to candidates from a main contractor background interested in transitioning to a consultancy role.
8. Strong communication and client liaison skills, with a desire to mentor junior team members.
9. 3 days per week in the Gloucester office, with flexibility.
