We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands on Assistant F&B Services Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.
Working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. Early shifts are typically 7am – 3:30pm and late shifts 3pm – 11:30pm, however flexibility with shifts is essential.
This is a predominantly floor-based role, focused on supporting the restaurant operation and leading the team from the front. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the wider Food & Beverage department, including Meetings & Events operations and Duty Manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation
* Lead, motivate and support the F&B team during service
* Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure high operational standards
* Assist with Meetings & Events service delivery as required
* Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
* Complete Duty Manager shifts across the property
* Support training, coaching and development of team members
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality or Food & Beverage
* Leads by example and enjoys being operationally involved on the floor
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Is flexible, reliable and customer-focused
* Has a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
