Residential Childcare Worker & Team Leader Childrens Residential Care Full-Time | Permanent | £29,620 £38,320 per annum Location: Littleover, Derby (DE23) O ur trusted client, a growing provider of therapeutic residential childcare services, is recruiting Residential Childcare Workers and Team Leaders for full-time, permanent positions. The Roles Residential Childcare Worker You will provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people aged 517 within a residential setting, working as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Team Leader In addition to direct care responsibilities, you will provide shift leadership, support staff supervision, and contribute to service standards and outcomes within the home.
