Essential Skills: To be successful as a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will need: • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence • Comfortable with manual handling • Good reliability and work ethic • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong attention to detail Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
