The role includes
Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
Whilst there is flexibility needed, the clients current activities mean that support is needed for:
1. Tuesday evening 16:00 - 21:30
2. Thursday evening 19:15 - 21:00
3. Friday afternoon 14:30 - 16:30
4. Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 and will include social activities for our client at home and in th...
