Morgan McKinley is supporting an award winning Financial Services business with a fantastic culture, to recruit a Credit Relationship Manager - Special Asset Management role. The role Working in a small specialist team, this role will involve managing high-risk relationships to minimise credit losses and achieve recovery for customers where possible. You will be dealing with customers where there is concern around their long term financial viability and looking to offer solutions, and you will also manage credit facilities within the team, so that credit can be provided at fair levels of risk and reward. Acting as a Relationship Manager, the solutions could include restructuring existing facilities, negotiating recovery or looking at insolvency processes. The other focus of the role will be around credit analytics. This will include conducting reviews, analysing borrower data and reporting on loan portfolio performance. The candidate My client is looking for someone with proven experience in UK SME business lending, and strong credit skills. You will need an understanding of a set of accounts and EBITDA, and will possess experience of managing high-risk clients and overseeing recovery situations.
