We're currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider across the North West. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role within a supportive team.
Working across a portfolio of commercial sites, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Key duties include:
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems
* Fault finding, repair, and installation of equipment including compressors, chillers, and control systems
* Conducting routine inspections and ensuring optimal system performance
* Replacing and repairing components such as thermostats, motors, belts, filters, and valves
* Supporting general building services maintenance including HVAC, mechanical, and fabric tasks
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards and within set timeframes
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must have:
* Strong experience in AC / refrigeration or HVAC building services maintenance
* Proven background in both PPM and reactive works
* Experience working within commercial FM environments
* Knowledge of health & safety procedures, RAMS, and compliance
Qualifications:
* City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) or equivalent
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & AC / Heating & Ventilation
* IPAF and/or PASMA (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
Package
* Salary: £40,00 - £44,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Call-Out: 1 in 10 (£150 per week)
* Company van, PDA & laptop provided
