What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Programme Management Graduate Programme, you can expect to:
1. Experience rotational placements across a variety of Manufacturing Sites and within our Business Line team, equipping you with the skills and experience to progress into a Programme Management role at the end of the scheme.
2. Work within multi-functional teams, often collaborating with colleagues across global business groups, while gaining exposure to day to day Defence Programme Management across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and steady-state programmes, as well as a placement within Commercial.
3. Support programme control and delivery, by reviewing and analysing progress, scope, cost, and resource management.
4. Contribute to planning activities, including the creation and follow-up of work breakdown structures, organisation breakdown structures, and cost breakdown structure schedules/plans.
5. Drive performance improvements, introducing initiatives to enhance on-time delivery, customer scorecard results, and overall quality.
6. Prepare and analyse Programme Performance Summaries, providing insights that inform decision-making and programme success.
7. Support risk, opportunity, and change management, strengthening programme resilience and delivery.
8. Play a role in Programme Improvement Plans, including cost efficiency, pricing initiatives, Zero Defects Manufacturing, redesign activities, and gaining alignment with key stakeholders.

What to Expect in the Selection Process
We aim to make our process simple and supportive:
1. Complete an online assessment.
2. If you meet our requirements, one of our friendly team members (yes, a real human!) will get in touch to arrange a virtual interview.
3. If successful, you’ll be invited to join us at our Assessment Centre .
4. If selected, you’ll officially start your journey with us September 2026.
