Senior Business Analyst - European Supply Chain & Merchandising Technology Team
Sysco Europe (whose European operating companies include Sysco GB, Sysco Ireland, Sysco France & Menigo in Sweden) is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the European Outbound Technology functional area within the European Supply Chain & Merchandising Technology Team on a fixed term (12 months), full‑time basis, reporting into the Functional Lead.
As the Senior Business Analyst you will be a strong communicator and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. This role involves analysing and understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and documenting test scenarios, scripts, and user outcomes. You will provide a consistent thread throughout the lifecycle of change, using strong analytical skills to take business requirements through to successful delivery of a technical solution into the BAU teams. Although not responsible for direct reports, you are expected to help drive the community of Business Analysts across functional teams by sharing best‑practice tools, techniques, and methodologies.
The position requires travel across Europe and a good degree of self‑motivation and flexibility. The role will reside within the Supply Chain & Merchandising Technology function, but you may need to spend time with business stakeholders on site across Europe as projects require, or work across other functional pillars as deemed necessary. Flexible hybrid working (1‑2 days per week) from your local site for team collaboration and meetings is offered; you must be within commutable distance.
Native French language skills would be an advantage, but are not a requirement.
