Business Development Manager – Full-Time (Remote, Freelancer)

Gamesporium is a fast-growing digital distribution company focused on officially priced PC games. We work directly with over 80 publishers globally – including Jagex, THQ Nordic, Owlcat Games, Handy Games, and Fulqrum Publishing – helping them reach gamers around the world while offering ethical and high-converting sales solutions.
As we scale up, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our publisher network and drive outreach efforts globally.
Identify and qualify potential publisher leads across global markets
Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Support ongoing deals and assist in partner onboarding processes
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (ideally B2B)
~ Hands-on experience with cold outreach, outbound sales, and related tools
~ Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2)
~ Remote-first, flexible working culture
Base salary + success-based bonus structure (depending on experience)
