Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Site Manager located at Doseley, Telford, where we are 12 months into constructing 36 bespoke homes, which can be viewed on our website for the development - www.doseleyhalt.co.uk.
The Assistant Site Manager will oversee daily operations on the construction site, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work alongside our technical director and groundworks director, who are both permanently on-site, ensuring the development programme is adhered to by providing the right resources at the right time.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience in project management
* Health and Safety certification is a plus
