At Force Caf, Ambleside, we have a Chef de Partie position available
We are searching for a Chef de Partie who will:
Assist the Head Chef in creating and planning menus including signature specials
Be able to take responsibility and lead by example
Show adaptability and embrace change and new ideas
Ideally have experience in managing food cost and inventories according to monthly targets
Maintain standards in food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
May also be required to support kitchen teams in our 3 hotels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00 per year
