The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a Fee Earner in the Private Client Department. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive and confident individual who thrives in a client-focused setting. Part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
Experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary, ideally in a Private Client Department
Have excellent secretarial, administrative, and IT skills
Be self-motivated, highly organised, and will have the ability to multitask and work independently, while also being a team player
Demonstrate exceptional client care and communication skills, with the professionalism to engage with bereaved clients and third parties
Work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with superb attention to detail
Have the ability to ensure files remain compliant with internal procedures and assist with general secretarial duties
