Enabling Support Worker
Location: Hadston, Morpeth
Salary: A GBP 12.25 per hour
Hours Per Week: Full and part time

The Role
Looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? As an Enabling Support Worker, youll be there to cheer people on and help them live their best lives. Youll follow their lead and their personalised support plan to provide the care and encouragement they need.
Your core hours are will be Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 16.00, however there may be a requirement to fill your hours at a different location, covering different hours and days.
Your day:to:day will include keeping accurate records (dont worry, theyll show you how) and sometimes helping out with personal care or medication. Plus, theres the chance to cover sleep:in shifts, and youll earn an extra A GBP 60 per session for those.

Theyre looking for Enabling Support Workers who bring positivity, resilience, and ideally some experience in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and behaviours that challenge.
