Job Description
Working closely with the Group Chief People Officer, the L&D Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a company wide learning and development framework that enables growth, enhance capability, and drive performance. The L&D Manager will work closely with HRBPs, managers and team leaders to identify training needs which foster continuous learning across the company.
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust, scalable L&D strategy aligned to business goals
* Lead the L&D function, managing learning programs from strategy to execution.
* Partner with senior leadership and department heads to assess the company learning needs and design scalable solutions.
* Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for leadership development, performance improvement, and career progression.
* Manage and coordinate external facilitators and vendors.
* Build and promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and talent development across all levels.
* Collaborate with HRBP to integrate learning into broader employee lifecycle initiatives.
* Stay current on trends in learning and development and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
* Establish KPIs and success measures for all learning initiatives.
* Monitor effectiveness using data and analytics to track learning impact, engagement, ROI and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a fast-paced or highly regulated environment. Experience in financial services
* Ability to work strategically and hands-on
* Proven ability to design and implement impactful learning programs.
* Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning tools
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset; capable of measuring training effectiveness and reporting results.
* Excellent facilitation skills to run in-house L&D programs
