We are looking to recruit two Supervisor/Team Leaders to join us in St Albans.
About the Role
Joining us as a Supervisor/Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
1. NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
2. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
3. 3 day first aid
4. UKATA asbestos awareness
5. Previous experience within repairs & Maintenance and delivery of small muti trade works
6. Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
