General Operative/Labourer
Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required)

£18.94 per hour
November 2025- May 2026 contract
We are currently working with Essex and Suffolk water and are seeking a Labourer to carry out a range of physical tasks on their reservoir project. Focus will be around manual handling, operating Jetter system used for cleaning walls and floor. This is a hands-on role that requires a good level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manual handling of tools, equipment, and materials
2. Pressure jetting to clean surfaces and structure for inspection
3. Assisting with general site duties as required
4. Following health and safety procedures at all times
5. Working as part of a team or independently depending on the task
Requirements:
6. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
7. Previous experience in pressure washing, industrial cleaning, or similar is an advantage
8. Willingness to work in challenging environments (wet, confined spaces, outdoors)
9. Valid CSCS card (preferred)
10. Full UK driving licence (preferred)
