Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, an recognised early years qualification, coupled with excellent leadership skills and a genuine love for working with children. We would also consider candidates with a proven business management background. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff. We are looking for an ideal candidate who has the ability to motivate others, and is a confident and credible communicator who is committed to delivering an outstanding early childhood education and care experience.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. support the staff team team to implement educational programmes that cater to the diverse needs of children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their children's progress and centre activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, record keeping, and reporting as required. Drive initiatives that promote the centre's vision and values within the community.
Qualifications
A degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related business management field is essential. Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience in managing teams effectively within a early years or similar environment. A genuine passion for childcare and child development is crucial. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided at the centre.
