You’ll work with individuals and small groups, helping pupils stay focused, build confidence, and make academic progress. You’ll also assist the class teacher with planning, behaviour management, and creating a supportive learning environment.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children. You’re reliable, adaptable, and happy to take the initiative when needed. This role is ideal for anyone considering teacher training, educational psychology, or school-based pastoral work.
