We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential developer for an experienced Customer Service Maintenance Operative to join their growing team. This is a field-based role covering multiple developments across Derby and the East Midlands. The position offers a varied workload and the opportunity to work within a highly professional environment.
This position is ideal for a skilled multi-trade operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship alongside excellent customer service.
The Role:
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused maintenance service, aiming for first-time resolution
* Carry out a range of remedial and snagging works to a high standard
* Complete tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, patch plastering, silicone works, plumbing, and decorating
* Plan and manage your own workload efficiently to meet scheduled appointments
* Ensure all work is signed off by customers upon completion
* Identify and escalate any issues or risks appropriately
* Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
* Work from drawings, instructions, and site information as required
