Join our Team! Production Operative - Press Brake Ballymoney 4 day week - Monday to Thursday.
Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Production Operative to operate the press brake and contribute to the Ballymoney team.

Reporting to the Production Manager/Team Leaders, you will work as part a team to meet production targets. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Meet set targets whilst working on the production line
* Safe and controlled movement of production parts
* Ability to work within a team environment and able to use own initiative
* Complying with current and future Health & Safety laws, processes and procedures
* Following Standard Work procedures.
* Any other reasonable duty as instructed
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Have a proactive approach to problem solving
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
* Ability to use on initiative and work with minimal supervision
