Duties include:
1. Providing initial site appraisals and developing bespoke planning strategies.
2. Building strong planning cases supported by expert evidence.
3. Liaising with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders.
4. Negotiating conditions and legal agreements for valuable, deliverable consents.
5. Managing planning appeals and local plan examinations.
6. Instructing counsel and acting as an expert witness at inquiries.
7. Assisting in managing a small team of planners.
