What youll be doing
You'll play a key role in both account management and telesales / new business development:
Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Proactively contacting customers to promote and sell products and services
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive growth
Converting incoming enquiries into confirmed sales
Taking customer orders and processing them accurately through internal systems
Liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Maintaining high levels of customer service and building long-term relationships
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Experienced in office-based sales, telesales or account management preferred
