We are working with primary schools across Harlow, Stansted, and Uttlesford to recruit an experienced primary teachers for a long-term cover roles. You will deliver high-quality lessons, manage your classroom effectively, and support children to achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 students
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and support for learners
Person Specification:
* Qualified teacher (QTS) with Year 1 experience
* Strong classroom management and organizational skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
* Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
